This website was created by an Ilikai apartment owner, Hans, in March 2007 and has been serving the Ilikai since then.  Hans served the Ilikai community for over two years.  In April 2009, Hans entrusted the website to me, Olga.  I have been maintaining the website since then.  I feel privileged that Hans entrusted me with this website.
