The Ilikai AOAO Board of Directors’ meeting is scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2010, in the afternoon. The meeting is on the 2nd floor. The executive session (closed to non-Directors) is scheduled for 2 – 3:30 PM, to be followed by the regular session (open to owners) at 3:30 PM. Ilikai owners are invited and encouraged to attend and participate. There are lots of important things happening that will affect the Ilikai and its future and our property values. If you are in town, make effort to attend.
That AOAO is a waste of time. A website without content is not a website.
The official website was started by a former board president.
The new board does not see it as a priority to maintain yet. Our former Association Agent was under some obligation to keep a website current for us through a fee. Our new agent does not seem to have this ability.
If you want approved minutes try contacting the Ilikai Office.
If you want information posted and current, try organizing a group of owners to request it. A good time to do this would be at the annual meeting. The board did not increase our maintenance fees this year. If we have an official and really active website, it could require a substantial expense. There is question how much it would be used by owners. This website is operated through the generosity of Olga to maintain informative and interactive chat. Note your comment has been the only one for a long time. Personally, I miss checking in, via internet, on the dynamic things going on at the Ilikai.
