The Ilikai AOAO Board of Directors’ meeting is today, July 29, 2010. The executive session – closed to owners - is from 2 PM to 4 PM. The regular session – open to Ilikai owners – is at 4 pm. The meeting is on the 2nd floor. Ilikai owners are invited and encouraged to attend and participate.
The advice of the Real Estate Commission, under the Department of Commerce and Consumer affairs: “Condominium owners must oversee their boards. It is a common misconception that we cover all areas of the comdominium law.”
It is an opportunity to give the board credit for their accomplishments and provide feedback.
