What ever happened to the “unofficial” board meeting notes announced on January 28th? Olga said “give me a couple of days, as it was overwhelming”. It has now been 21 days. We used to get complete, unofficial board meeting minutes within a day or so.

      I work. Work takes priority.

I do what I can, bt it is already consuming way too much of my time. I don’t mind devoting time to the Ilikai. But it is extremely frustrating to have to do this because of these ongoing problems here. It is also very much emotionally draining.

Hans, you were at that meeting. You are most welcome to put together notes and I will gladly post them. Just a thought. You are most welcome to do so.

Hans – I have been following the Official Site of the Association but find the last entry was in May, 2009. What gives with that? Stan

It sure would be nice if these meetings were recorded.

Simply pass a microphone to each speaker so the recording would be of high quality.

It would be a little inconvenient but of great value to those unable to attend.

I AGREE 100%. Or better yet, videotape and put on YouTube. I am not joking. Only a handful of owners are able to attend those meetings. The official meeting minutes are stripped down to “bare bones” and do not convey much other than motions made, passed and the like, really stripped down. E.g., I wanted to summarize notes from the last Board meeting. – But it is SO HARD. You’ve got to be there and see with your own eyes and hear. E.g., the last meeting was negative and ended up on a very negative note. But it is hard to describe it.

I agree, I wish they would record it and make the recordings available to owners who wish to listen.
