In many ways Olga is defragmenting the goals of the
independent owners by supporting I-star. It would be
in their interest to hault strategic mesures in place
by our incumbant board:

1) Time-share lawsuit
2) Fair representation on the board
3) Common area survey verification

Collectively we sacrificed countless hours providing service to our our gone- astray property. It is critical now that we maintain
solidarity in proxy collection to make achievements.

Responding to "Somebody was trying to talk me into partnering with the OBC group. That would be exactly the way to lose owner votes, because many owners do not want to be part of that group and their mentality, way of conducting business, and so forth": It was I who attempted to persuade Olga to align herself with other owners on the board so that she would have a chance to help shape the future of the Ilikai. Unfortunately, Olga has decided to go it alone or worse, partner with iStar. Remember, iStar is an owner in the Ilikai not by choice but rather they were left holding the bag when Anderson defaulted. iStar's interest is finding a way to unload what they "inherited" after making the bad business decision to lend money to Anekona. If elected to the board, iStar will spend AOAO funds that help them dispose of the property, which may not be in the best interest of Ilikai owners. I apologize for having entrusted Ms. Geling with the maintenance of the ilikaiowners.com website and frankly, I am disappointed to see what it is being used for now.
