Try calling the Assoc. office for copys of the board meeting minutes. They will probably be a couple of months old since they need to be approved by the board before release. The benefit is you should get a concise and legal record of the boards actions.

Hi Olga, Sorry I missed you last week. We got behind on condo repairs and were painting right till the time our plane left. for sure on our next trip!
On the Board meeting, is there anyway to bring up the poor communication from the AOAO Board and the next meeting? The AOAO website (http://www.ilikai.org/) has not been updated in months. A remote owner does not have the ability to walk to the second floor to the AOAO office.
