This is not Ilikai news, but may be of interest to some. The temporary federal program providing a tax credit of up to $8,000 for some first-time home buyers, which was due to expire on November 30, 2009, got extended through spring 2010. Not only that, but the program got also expanded to include a new tax credit of up to $6,500 for certain repeat home buyers.
